BEAU’S WINGS

BREADING FOR WINGS

*Makes approx 3 lbs (double if needed)*

3 T corn starch

1 t salt

1 t pepper

1 t cayenne

Coat right before frying, one at a time.

Fry for 13 min @ 375 degrees in peanut oil

SAUCE FOR WINGS

2/3 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce

1/2 cup cold unsalted butter

1 1/2 T white vinegar

1 T  brown sugar

Salt to taste

Directions: Combine the hot sauce, butter, vinegar, brown sugar and salt in a pot and place over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as the liquid begins to bubble on the side of the pot, remove from heat, stir with the whisk and set aside for use. After each batch of  wings come out of the fryer place in container, pour sauce over wings close lid and shake! Once the wings are completely covered pour out and enjoy!
