OATMEAL APPLESAUCE COOKIES

1 cup margarine

2 cup sugar

2 eggs

Cream above together then add 2 cups apple sauce

Add:

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp cloves

1 tsp soda

1 tsp nutmeg

2 tsp cinnamon

3 1/2 cup flour

2 cups oatmeal

1 bag chocolate chips

Bake @ 325 degrees for 20 minutes

NO BAKE COOKIES

In a medium sauce pan mix:

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup cocoa

1/2 cup margarine

Boil 1 minute

Add:

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup peanut butter

pinch of salt

3 cups of oatmeal

Spoon onto wax paper, let cool and enjoy!

MINI GHOST PUFF OREOS

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1 tub (8oz.) COOL WHIP whipped topping, thawed

1-2 8oz. bag of Mini Oreos (about 72 cookies per bag)

mini chocolate chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Line parchment paper with Mini Oreos.

Pipe cream cheese mixture onto Oreos like you would a cupcake.

Place 3 mini chocolate chips on cream cheese mixture to make a ghost face.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
